Quick Start - Annuals and Native Edibles

Please remember to not purchase any plants or seeds that have treated with Neonicotinoids (sometimes shortened to neonics) pesticides. These are systemic pesticides that kill bees and are a driver of their demise. Ask the vendor and skip the purchase if anything has been treated. Please ask and purchase wisely. The bees and other pollinators thank you!

What about vegetable gardens? Great for pollinators, great for you, great for your carbon footprint. Placing pollinator plants around your vegetables and herbs will ensure they produce even more in a season. Remember to only purchase seeds and plants free of Neonicotinoids (sometimes shortened to neonics) pesticides.
